The repairs were great but my other mirror that was not damaged was not in its place after I received the vehicle and I had to waste gas to drive back and have it fixed.

Everyone was very nice and professional, however, the timeliness of communication was lacking. It was very stressful when no one could answer a question or call back while trying to plan my week and still pick up my vehiclewith their strict 24 hour pick up policy. I was constantly checking my phone for a response and would not receive a call back after leaving a message.
