I came to get my jeep Cherokee repaired& they changed the color of my grill to black without speaking to me about that. It should have the original color which is silver. There was no reason to change to black.

All of the employees were kind and helpful. They kept me updated on what was going on with my car. However, it was two weeks late getting back to me from the original estimated date. And when it was returned, I got a flat tire on the way home in the new tire which was replaced and the dust shield was not seated in place properly and was rubbing on my the new tire but did not damage it. It was discovered that the tire sensor was not placed in the proper position and was allowing air to be released all the way home in the tire. I am bringing the car back in next week because there is a loud noise coming from the rear end. when I’m driving. I I originally thought it was from the truck that was following me down the road on the way home but, since I’ve driven it a few more times the noise is always there and so it was not the truck making the noise and it was not the dust shield as they thought that was not positioned correctly and was causing the noise.

As I noted before all the employees have been most responsive to me. After experiencing the problem I had with the car before I even got home, and when I did get home I called them right away. As it was closing time, they said they would be there bright and early in the morning and they did arrive at 8:40 AM to take the car back and figure out what the problem was with the tire. The tire has not been a problem since they got it fixed but the noise is still continuing from the rear end. I am hopeful and expecting that they will find the source of the noise because it is most annoying as I am not driving in a quiet car any longer. I thank them for how attentive they have been to me.

The left door closes ok but seems to have some tightness at the end. It may close better as time goes on, but it does close. Will wait until the panel for the left front door comes and get replaced then we can make a decision.
