Excellent customer service and communication not to mention the repair work done on my car was outstanding. They kept me informed of the status of the car, were spot on with the completion time and picked me up from the car rental to pick up my car. I would give them a 10 out of 10!!

Cheryl and Alex were amazing! Said it would take 3 weeks but finished in less than 1. They were extremely accommodating. Offered to give me a ride home. Also Offered to stay open late or come in on the weekend to drop off or pick up. They're out of network with my insurance, but it was a seamless experience on my end. They were super friendly. My car looks amazing. Oh, and did I mention the car wash? My car hadn't been washed due to the body damage. I was afraid to damage it more. So when I say my car was filthy I mean it. I also have toddlers and a dog that ride in it regularly, but when I got it back it looked beautiful. Could never tell it was in an accident or that my family has been riding in it. If ever I'm in this unfortunate situation again, I'd take my vehicles back there.

From the start, Classic Collision made everything simple and thorough for me. All interactions with the staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, and respectful. Constant communication was key for me. Both via text or voicemail. Alex explained everything with detail and his professional approach made me feel at ease. I highly recommend any service they provide. My car was beautifully cleaned and it smelled very nice when I picked it up. I can tell they take pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the work they did.
