Everything was so well organized from the moment I got my first call to schedule an appointment to the day I picked up my car. I appreciate that I was given updates of all the process and that I didn’t have to wait at all either the day I dropped the car off nor the day that it was ready. Everyone at the shop was nice and friendly and made me feel really comfortable trusting the process. My car looks like nothing had happened and they had it ready before the date they had estimated. It took almost 3 months for my car to be repaired. Estimates for completion were never met, nor, on several occasions, were promises to provide updates. My car was also given to me with insufficient charge to assure I could reach a charging station despite my request the day before to have car charged to at least 15%.
