Yes ur work was well done completed nicely, but keeping the customer car over the holiday with out asking the customer fist if he need his car until the part comes until Monday would have been more professional, an also never lie to ur customer that a no no saying the shop is open on Saturday when you were close for the mother holiday s.?

They made me go so long without a car just to pick up my car with axels that were broken during my accident, then telling me it’s “wear and tear “ my trust in this company is gone , so your telling my no mechanic didn’t drive the car and hear the clanks and noises from the get go ??? I wasted $1844 , you guys are shameful .

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received regarding my vehicle claim and subsequent handling. Prior to bringing my vehicle in, it was not experiencing the issues it now has. Since the service, my car has begun making unusual sounds that were never present before. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I trusted that my vehicle would be properly inspected, repaired, and returned to me in safe and improved condition—not in a worse state. This situation has caused me inconvenience, frustration, and a loss of confidence in the service provided. I depend on my vehicle daily, and I should not have to worry about new problems arising as a result of a service that was supposed to fix existing concerns. I am requesting that this matter be addressed immediately. I expect a thorough re-evaluation of my vehicle, a clear explanation of what has gone wrong, and a resolution that ensures my car is restored to proper working condition without any additional cost to me. Costumer service was great ! Not her fault , but you guys are cheap I waited 2 weeks for my car just to hear noises and clanks my car never made before my accident instead of you guys fixing the overall problem you guys chose to be cheap , I’ll never choose this shop ever again . It is not wear and tear ! My car got hit on the right side damaging the axels and instead of doing the right thing you guys chose to do things the cheap way , so you guys could make money I’m requesting an investigation from progressive insurance, you guys made me wait 2 weeks for my car just to be running around in a circle after the work has been done
