I thought it would take more time than it did and was surprised that it didn’t. The communication, from the time of drop off through pick up, was great and kept me well informed. The process was very quick and convenient. The repairs to the car were excellent. I would have rated a 10 bc the repairs made look great and the staff was also wonderful! But I am rating as an 8 due to not getting an update on the repair status until I called, and the missed scratches. ( The ones I went back for and the ones still missed). To be fair, I did not contact them after discovering there were more missed scratches. If I did, I'm sure they would have been more than happy to accommodate but it is difficult for me to make time to stop again as I work over an hour away and their hours are the same as my work hours so I have to miss work time to get it fixed and I had already missed time from dropping off, picking up, and returning. So the additional missed scratches would have probably been fixed if I had time to stop again. Just a little disappointed that the additional scratches were missed during the initial repairs while I had a rental.

Hello everyone. This is an excellent organization, with a professional staff, my wife and I was very satisfied with their work. Also the female Ex. Assistant at the front desk was excellent friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful to us. When I was in a dilemma on what should be my next car or vehicle, due to my former car being totaled, she showed me her beautiful Cadillac XT6, immediately I was persuaded to find and buy one, and I did.
