My Experience

Tomas Mercado was our service agent and was simply outstanding. We came in on a Friday and he instructed us to drop the car off on Monday stating the car would be ready by Friday at the latest and more than likely ready on Wednesday. Sure enough, the car was ready on Wednesday by COB. The two ladies at the front desk were courteous and did a great job explaining how the process would work with a rental, deductible and final payment. I received text messages daily updating me on my son’s car. This is something that never happened at another competitors shop. The car looks fantastic and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing their car repaired after a accident.

Overall, I’m happy with the repair quality. The paint match is excellent and the communication throughout the process was very good. My only concerns were that the vehicle was returned in 4HI, the interior had quite a bit of body shop dust (including on my week-old leather seats), and I had to spend extra time cleaning it after pickup. With a little more attention to final quality control, this would have been a 5-star experience.
