The experience was good, the technician was very informative and sincere. However four days after picking up my vehicle, the repaired part just fell off while driving now im having to return my vehicle back to the shop to be repaired again. So hopefully things go right for the second time around.

I was a bit hesitant to take my vehicle to Caliber because it was unknown to me. However, when I arrived at Caliber, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The shop was extremely clean. When I met Ian, he was very nice and friendly. He was caring enough to assist in transferring my grand children’s car seats to the rental car. He was extremely gentle. Ian is an excellent worker. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, Ian displayed professionalism in every way. Thanks so much for the excellent experience I had with Caliber Collision.
