I feel like the vehicle was there a little bit longer than needed to be. Still waiting on parts that are back ordered. Also when I got the vehicle home and started to inspect the operation of the vehicle, the passenger side mirror does not operate correctly, it did before. And the passenger window does not go down automatically like it did before. The paint work is very nicely done, I did find a run, but for the most part, it looks very nice, including the match of Paint.

I was told my car would look exactly the way it was prior to the accident, however when I went to pick it up I was disappointed with the workmanship on the rear quarter panel. It was not shaped correctly and I had to leave it for additional repairs. The tech came out and agreed with me and said they would redo it. This should have been caught before I came to pick it up.

My car went in and came out worse. My bumper that only had a couple scratches on it now has a dent from the inside and no longer is sealed to the frame. My hood, which had only 12 rock chips on it now has white paint specks and the words 'Rock Chips' written on the front with MARKER which didn't come out with the buffing so its obviously permanent. My car was supposed to be done in 4 days but took 2 weeks because of 'bumper issues' which is obvious now that they damaged it but decided not to replace it. I am very particular about my car so I went over it with a fine tooth comb taking pictures before I brought it in so pulling one over on me is not going to to work here.

I'm only giving a 3 because Dylan was OK at first and great when I brought it back in the next day after seeing the bumper damage. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on the rock chips but rock chips are not white and my car hood did not look like that when it was brought in. I still listened and was nice about it. Then, that night when I went out to touch up all the new paint chips and found they were white all the way up the hood and then the lovely writing on my car.
