Communication very poor. No communication on fixing Q5 logo and trunk trim they repair facility damaged. The trunk trim wasn’t even damaged during the collision.

I was initially hesitant to have my 2025 Cadillac repaired at a non-Cadillac shop. However, Ms. Jessica from USAA assured me that Hanania’s Repair Facility delivers excellent work, so I agreed to have the repairs completed there. I was amazed to see my car restored to its original condition. The work was flawless, and I am completely satisfied with the repair. Many thanks to the Hanania team for its work.

Jessica was my estimator during my car being at Hannania Collision, she was absolutely amazing. This was my first time ever being in the situation I was in, she made sure she gave me as much information as she could and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Going in, I was having a very very difficult time dealing with the insurance who was going to pay my repairs, during the process of my car being in the shop and being kept there two additional weeks due to the insurance not sending the check properly, she was sure to constantly check in and advocate for me getting my vehicle back as soon as possible. My vehicle looks amazing just like I had it before.

Hanania Collision Center was awesome but special Kudos go out to Mike specifically. He was awesome to work with and helped me out of a tight spot in a more than timely manner. All of the services provided were above and beyond any expectations I could have had. Not only did they find and fix all of my issues. He provided additional advice regarding parts to ensure I get the most life out of my truck as possible. 5/5 will definitely take my future business to them as well as recommend them to anyone else needing work done.
