My car was damaged during repairs

I got a call from the collision repair shop after it was complete stating that the battery was completely dead and if I brought a battery they would replace it. I’m constantly working so was unable to get the battery to them. I ended up having to have the car towed to me, once I received the car the door handle on the door they fixed was cracked and fell apart when I touched it. Not sure if that happened in transit or at the repair shop because he did mention that one of the doors they received was damaged which prolonged the repair process. When I swapped my battery out under warranty and connected it, the fan started running without the keys being in the ignition which is why I believe the battery died in the first place. I don’t know if the work was done with the battery connected or if it was caused by the repair itself but I had no issues with the fan prior to or after the accident and I had no issues upon dropping the car at the repair shop. I was told to return the car to the repair shop in last Thursday but when I called to let them know I was about to have it towed back there they said no because the issue couldn’t have been caused by the door repair and that I would need to take it to the Camry dealership and pay out of pocket for a diagnostics. On top of all of this I’m still paying out of pocket for the rental because I can not drive the car because the fan continuously runs with or without being crunk. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and the way the situation is being handled by the repair shop and the insurance company. As I stated I’m constantly working and this is very unfortunate for me because I’m not the one who caused the accident yet I’m paying money to continue to have the rental.

The Team @ Classic Collision were very professional. I wasn't sure if I would have them to repair my bumper or take it Mercedes Benz for repair. Well need less to say. The Team @ Classic Collision persuaded me that they were just as good as Mercedes Benz Body Shop. So I took a chance and I was pleased with my car when I got it from Classic Collision.

After getting hit and damages being left on the driver side of my vehicle i decided on classic collision!! From the drop off to the pickup the process was smooth and seamless ! Irwin kept me updated every step of the way & they handled all communication with insurance !! In just 2 weeks my car looked good as new ! They even vacuumed out the inside! 10/10 recommend!!! 😊
