I had a great experience with the staff at Classic Collision in Panama City Beach. Having your vehicle in the shop can really disrupt your day-to-day routine, and being without mine definitely affected my schedule and made getting where I needed to go more difficult. The staff understood that and truly went above and beyond to make the repair process as easy as possible for me. What I appreciated most was the communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair, so I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or when I would get my vehicle back. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that understands that a vehicle repair isn’t just about fixing the vehicle—it affects your everyday life too. I really appreciate the way they treated me and the effort they made to get everything taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collision Panama City Beach to family and friends. I think the personnel at the repair shop were great. It was confusing to have someone call from the main operations to tell me that I was leaving my car the first day, only to have the people at the shop say I had to bring it back. People that do not work at the shop should not be making appointments when they do not know how busy the shop is.
