Staff was nice but they had trouble getting part which was not your fault and when the part came it was not the complete assembly. I still need the assembly to complete the job.

Had great experience with Classic Collision. They were highly recommended by 2 of my friends. Dropped by and had them access the damage. Insurance company had already given a repair quote and cut me a check. I knew they low balled me. Erica the service advisor at Classic Collision told me what repairs needed to be done and how long it would take. I brought vehicle in at appointment date and they were in constant touch with me the whole time about status of vehicle. They were in touch with insurance company and had arranged for them to pay the extra money to complete repair work. Vehicle was finished 2 days earlier than scheduled. Vehicle looks awesome.
