The staff in the ofc was good but I wasn’t happy with my service at all they took forever to fix my car literally almost 2 months for just a small fix they don’t wanna be responsible for anything i have a brand new toyota I can’t close my trunk anymore until i push it really hard the paint is bad by the trunk inside but they don’t wanna accept it at all i wish i would’ve took some pictures to prove it but i guess I won’t recommend this place ever again!!!!

We are vacationing here in Florida from Virginia. Beginning our final two weeks here, our car was broken into and we lost some of our personal possessions. Our claims adjuster recommended Classic and he set us up and when we arrived at the office Michelle took care of us and said she would do her best if parts were received in a few days of order to get our vehicle to us so we would be able to drive home at the conclusion of our vacation. She came through and we cannot thank her and employees who worked on our car enough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that would need their help and expertise.

It took about 3weeks for the repair of my car when I was told it will probably be about a week only. There were too many unnecessary delays I think, because parts were not ordered ahead of time.
