I had a very positive experience with Classic Collision. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They kept me updated regularly on when parts would arrive and how the repair was progressing, which I really appreciated. I was also grateful that they worked with my timeline — when it looked like the repair might go beyond my rental period, they made an effort to complete the work with only a one-day extension. The final cost was higher than the initial estimate by about $2,000, which surprised me since the damage seemed relatively minor. However, I understand that there may have been additional work needed, and everything was handled through the insurance company. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the repair quality. Thank you to the team for taking care of everything.
