If I was scoring this based off the original person I was dealing with the score would have been very bad. However the new guy that came in redeemed the company and salvaged my opinion. So I give him a 10 for turning the situation around.

Headlight was fogging up. A previous repair at your company had a run in the paint I asked to be fixed, was not. Exterior was covered with dirt, not clean.

Jeanne was great, everyone was friendly. I did feel as though the cost was excessive. I would strongly suggest others to obtain more quotes. The job itself looks great, really just too expensive, in my opinion
