It's been a freaking nightmare from the beginning. It took them almost 2 weeks to give us an estimate and 4 weeks to fix the car which I had to return because it didn't start

WHERE DO I START… The communication was horrible. I was told it would take 10 to 15 days to fix my car and it took three months. I got my car back with still a ton of issues, that were not fixed correctly. I received phone calls from them that weren’t meant for me, they were calling the wrong customer. The customer service was terrible. I could go on and on about what a terrible experience this was.
