I was given an estimated date of completion and the team met that date, which was very important for me. Roxanne, was very professional through out the process and went the extra mile, which was needed to return my car on time, I'm very happy with the results and I would return again, if need be, but hope I don't.

It was good they do great work. But this last time. I walked over to the office to pick my car up. And saw that the enterprise guy had dideswiped my new bumper that that you guys fixed,and the place wants to fix it. But they are running into the problem of recieving scratched bumpers on deliveries. The sad part is. I asked them if they wanted me to keep the rental. Before I take the key and they said no they deal with this all the time. It's been a week since then and 2 new bumpers came ins scratched from delivery.. maybe next week it will come in. And by next Saturday it will be done. Unfortunately we only have one car and the wife works during the week.i have a company vehichle that I can't use to escort her to amd from work during the week. Hopefully this 3rd bumper makes it in one piece
