The work was done faster than I ever expected. Communication was fantastic. Drop off and pick up fast and easy. The work done was perfection. The entire exterior of the car looked like it was detailed. I was honestly so impressed.

I will never come back to shop again after the way that I was treated and made to feel like I was an idiot. I am business professional I do not talk to my customers that I was treated was inappropriate

Had to bring my car back. Bolts weren’t put back together properly for my bumper. The car was vibrating like crazy. I was told that I need to take it to a mechanic. I took it to a mechanic. He told me the bolts were not fastened properly to the car, causing everything to rattle underneath the hood. The caps were not put back on for the Freon after they fix my condenser and put Freon back in. They never replaced the caps had to have that put back on and they did not fasten down my battery terminals properly. Had to have that done by my mechanic because the thing was sliding around all over the place, causing it to move inside underneath the hood.

I was spoken to very rudely acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to bring the car to a mechanic because they were blaming the problem on something else and when I brought the car to the mechanic to confirm diagnosis, I was told that basically I didn’t know what I was talking about that my car has been replaced with aftermarket parts and that I should know what I’m talking about but really they didn’t replace my car properly so I was looked down to as a customer for being incompetent when they were the ones who were incompetent

I truly appreciate the efforts that the classic collision team put into my vehicle - most especially Chris. I know my situation was unique and not an easy one to deal with having both Gieco and (low) Caliber in the mix. The job got done with no "I'm sorry to inform you but" oversights. When I was picking up my truck someone in a white truck stopped and asked me how I liked the work, I said it looked great. He then told me that he was the one who did the work, and that he treated it as if it were his own vehicle. Thats exactly what you want to hear when you do business with a company.
