The entire experience was outstanding. I went to Gerber just to get an estimate, intending to get at least two more estimates before making a choice. Scott Pond was so professional and accommodating that I decided to entrust him with the job on the spot. His receptionist, Veronica, couldn’t be more helpful, providing updates and arranging for our transportation home.

Jason & Scott have been fabulous. My repair turned into a disaster & they forged on through all the red tape & mishaps. I appreciate them so much. The women that had to be constantly answering my calls were patient & kind. I’m honestly feel bad the way my insurance treated them all yet they came through for me.

Who wouldn’t recommend such great service

Couldn’t have asked for more dedication to repairing my vehicle. To say above & beyond is to put it mildly. From hassles with insurance & dealership they pulled through it all & never a grumble.

No matter who spoke with Jason, Scott, Veronica or Angelica everyone was concerned & determined to get my vehicle done correctly.
