Love the new team! They kept me informed on the updates regularly and very pleasant to work with. My last experience with the previous manager was horrible in fact the repair wasn’t satisfactory ( defective headlight) the only reason I came back was to get that headlight replaced. AJ and Jason reassured me they would get it taken care of for me and it’s due in next week.

The paint looks fine but now something in my rear hatch is squeaking the entire time I drive my car if there is a small bump in the road and I have to pull it apart to find out what it is because something wasn’t put back correctly.

The paint job came out fine but now every time I drive my car down the road my rear hatch squeaks the whole time I’m driving. I had to pull the plastic on the inside of the hatch in order to track it down to fix the squeak where I found broken clips causing the squeak to happen from when you removed the plastic to fix the hatch.

AJ and everyone else i spoke to were super friendly and very welcoming. AJ was very knowledgeable and helpful about the process. I was notified of progress every couple of days. AND my vehicle was ready a week early!!! and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. absolutely an outstanding job!

It all worked out great but when I got there for my original appointment the rental car was not arranged as promised and the technician was behind. I had to take time off work so that extra 30 minutes mattered but over all everything was great. Very polite staff.
