You installed a white bumper w/o painting it pearl white to match the vehicles actual color. I left the car behind and will pick up in a few days. “Hood Open” light is also on. Needs to be turned off.

My Experience

Repair work & customer service is fantastic. Camilla is phenomenal and despite the unexpected calibrations setbacks, she kept in contact with me on a consistent basis. As far as repair, my vehicle looks just as good as the day I got it. However, cleaning of my vehicle is subpar. I picked it up to find overspray of interior detailer all over my interior and windows. It appears it was just quickly sprayed but never wiped appropriately leaving me a mess to clean up. The summer heat essentially solidified the overspray making it more difficult to wipe clean on top of it already being greasy. This is not a complaint rather an opportunity to bring light to the oversight. Overall, Camilla and team did a fantastic job through and through! Thank you!
