Overall, I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. My vehicle looks perfect, and I am very satisfied with the final result. The only area for improvement was the repair timeline. The work took longer than originally estimated, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the excellent quality of the repairs and the customer service made the wait worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others and would use their services again if needed.
