My vehicle was at the shop for 3 weeks and nothing other than a wheel alignment was done. The reason why the vehicle was there for was never addressed. Which was for to repair the trunk door that was damaged that was caused when I was rear ended.

The check engine light came on as soon as my husband pulled out to leave the repair shop!! Yesterday a tire light came on. They’ve never been on in the 6 years I’ve had my vehicle, which was purchased in 2020. I don’t feel safe driving it and haven’t driven it. It will be going back until it’s repaired correctly, at either Caliber’s or Farmers expense. Now I have to get another rental which will also be paid for by either Caliber or Farmers Unacceptable, especially after the repair shop had it for almost two weeks. I would not recommend Caliber to anyone. Please correct this issue ASAP. Thank you
