My only comment to CP is to finish the job the way you start it. The text updates were fabulous. When it was time to pick up the car the text stated I was supposed to get an actual phone call and that never happened. That call would have been helpful to me in terms of coordinating the pick up with my job, spouse, etc. I wouldn't say that the call issue tainted my experience though. I chose CP from the list of body shops because they had done work for me before and I was very pleased with the outcome back then. I do not regret choosing CP at all. The body work and painting were exceptional. I don't remember the owners name, but kudos to him. He seems like a very nice guy, and he's got a great business going.

My 2014 vehicle looks like it did the day I bought it, and everyone I came in contact with from the lady in the office to the man in charge of repairs was courteous, friendly and willing to answer any concerns. I will recommend this company to everyone.
