Due to a string of bad luck we have been to classic collision a few times and each time they have been amazing. From the minute you walk in the door until your vehicle is repaired they are communicating with you and letting you know what is going on. Edgar was the ultimate professional anytime we had delays or insurance issues and made the entire process much easier. I would highly recommend to any family or friends to take their vehicle to this Classic Collision location for repairs. I hope we don’t have to go back but if we do, Classic Collision is our go to!!!

The mechanic I was in communication with was very patient and polite with my dad and I! I appreciate his kindness and attentiveness because that certainly contributed to my car being done sooner than later. Very awesome dude! I would not suggest it to someone if they were going to the same shop unless they were working with the regional manager

The car was in the shop for three weeks with a few continued problems afterwards which led to them to coming to me and fixing last minute things that weren’t done being fixed. The first guy that I was talking with about my car being in the shop for three weeks kept telling me it would be done a certain day then proceeded to not call and let me know till last minute that the car wouldn’t be finished that day and pushed the finish date back several times and the fact that I was told the car was in the paint process for almost a week and a half. The regional manager then was brought in and she was very polite and understanding that I was needing my car back since I was told that it would only take two weeks that was then pushed back to three weeks.the regional manager helped out by picking up and delivering my car back when the ca was put back in the shop for AC problems and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

The first guy I was dealing with did not keep me informed. He also pushed the end date back further and further and could never give me a clear answer of how long it would take or he would then me the turn around about what was happening with the car because my his words the car was in the paint process for a week and a half. I always was the one call to check when my car wouldn’t be ready he never call to inform me and every time I would ask if it was ready on the day he said it would be ready he would then tell it’s not ready and then push the date back another 2-3 days.

Very professional and so kind. Stayed updating me during the whole process. Finished in time, washed and cleaned my car. My car looks amazing, and I’m truly happy. 10/10 recommend!
