Although I don't recommend you run into a deer, I do highly recommend Classic Collision for any repair work you will need. They are personal, professional and promptly had my truck completed to perfection. If anyone asks, I will gladly send them over to the Raguet location. Job well done. I'm extremely satisfied

9,only because, I have to buy new seat covers, because they had to cut the attachments, that I couldn't, reconnect. (I'm sure, they had to do that for insurance claim purposes.) But, they cleaned my car, inside and out! And, was very polite and helpful!

The team did a great job on my truck (again) and did it in a timely manner. My account person named Bubba worked well and made sure it was fixed timely and correctly I hope I never have to go back but if I do, it will be to this location

I’ll need to check back in on Monday bc the recipet details something that wasn’t damaged in the car accident. It says front bumper/grille but that wasn’t affected in the accident. I didn’t realize the mistake until I was home. I really appreciated the detail of the car. I wasn’t expecting that at all. I got into my car and thought I got into the wrong vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone that will ask going forward

I would say customer service was okay, I was promised return phone calls for status updates and I didn't get them, I had to call back myself. Also it would be best to give realistic timing of job completion instead of saying it will be completed earlier than the realistic timeline.
