Called on a Friday at 9am for an update because I was told it should be ready by Friday, I was told car was being worked and would call me back to know the status of the vehicle. I never received a call so I called back at 4:45 to see if it was ready because insurance closes at 5, and was not to call anymore that they would call me when ready. I never received a call back when the car was ready my insurance informed me on Tuesday the car was ready. I was happy with the work but customer service could have been better, I only called once on a Tuesday and twice on Friday to make sure I didn't need the rental longer, to be told not to call anymore, and then never being told my vehicle was ready is not the best
