I would recommend PROCARE but not Travelers. .

I am okay with the work done by PROCARE. I am not happy with the time it took for the insurance company to approve the repairs. There is still another repair needed related to the accident that we are still waiting on approval from the insurance company. I can go on…. I never heard from my adjuster one time ….. because of delay by the insurance company and a mistake made when sending the claim to PROCARE I had a 14 day car rental instead of a 5 day car rental.
