I highly recommend Black Tie Collision! I'm visiting in town and fortunately, Black Tie Collision is in the neighborhood where I'm staying. I had an ongoing issue that wasn't getting handled properly at other maintenance shops. I can't believe how fortunate I was to find Black Tie Collision. The ongoing problem was finally solved and the mechanic went above and beyond exhibiting pride in his work and attention to details. I finally feel safe driving my car! The team is professional and consciences and very kind. Every interaction was positive and The Manager gave me peace of mind and shows confidence in his position. The final cost was well within reason and my car was returned to me polished up! The shop is incrediblely clean! Spotless! That set the tone for the entire experience.
