When they started I received an update as repairs progressed. Then the updates stopped. I was not notified that they could not obtain the OEM stripe kit , aftermarket was installed. Poor job and had to be redone. Aftermarket is less expensive than OEM! I owned a body repair shop in the past and how things should be done and looked over before the customer is called. And no aftermarket unless the customer is notified and approves! Service Manager tried to side track me by saying the OEM stripes were faded. That may be true however when you use Aftermarket stripes they don’t need to start off being lighter!

They have a lot of work to do in this area. When you call the number on the invoice it goes to a voicemail and the name is a person who has not worked there in a long time
