The people at Classic Collision are AMAZING! The work they did on my vehicle was outstanding, & the front office employees kept me up to date via text messages. They also worked hand in hand with my insurance company for work to be completed & for extensions on my rental car. As a matter of fact, I was even able to leave my rental with them when I picked up my car! I will definitely be using Classic Collision again if someone else decides to crush my car!

The initial repair took approximately 3 weeks. When I came to pick up my vehicle the damaged grill was not repaired and I had to bring it back at a later date to finish. The connections for the windshield wipernspray nozzles were put on backward, and now 1 of my nozzles doesn't work. Once the final grill repair was done, the hood was not aligned properly and had an approximate 1inch gap difference between sides.
