Never had heard of Classic and was hesitant at first. Jenna is wonderful. Her professional knowledge, presence and concern for the client is a breath of fresh air. John, the estimator was wonderful too. Very professional, and explained details. I’ve already recommended Classic to a friend of ours involved in a wreck. Unfortunately, the insurance totaled her car.

Jenna and the estimator John (? ) I can’t remember his name- are excellent. Haven’t over everything about the accident, listening yo me, and explaining what he would be doing. Jenna explained what the procedures would be for knowing keeping me updated in real time, when and how to pay. Very good skills.

Great service. My only problem was that I asked for pictures of the work in progress and got nothing. Even asked for pictures of truck when it was done and was told I would get some got nothing .reason because I work out of town and wanted to see.
