Did a great job, looked brand new. I’ve used other repair shops in Rome for the past few years. The first that that stood out when I picked my car up was it had been cleaned, never had a repair shop clean my car after working on it. The extra effort went a long way. I knew by seeing all of your rewards hanging on the wall you guys knew what you were doing. I enjoyed the text that kept me up with the progress. They made me feel like a part of the family. When I picked up I was very surprised and excited that you actually cleaned the inside and out of my Escape. And waxed it. Amazing.

Found 2 bolts inside car that was left of something, neither damaged. ( threads were good) grommet installed incorrectly on hatch back causing headliner to get wet. Had it been a hard rain would have been much worse. White dust all over inside from repairs to exterior, had to leave doors open for this to happen and over spray it looks to be on driver side glass. Exterior repair was nice . Rest is history. Regardless to this being said I would not give your company a bad name just telling you my experience.

I fill there inspection process needs help. To many issues that should have been caught. Missing covers on wiper blade, cover missing driver side passenger door all this I found after I got the vehicle home. They did come get the vehicle on first one because of a repair issue that had to be corrected. Last time they brought cover to my house I installed which was no problem. During repair was notified on progress regularly and with the issues I had they did respond with no problems so that was good. All is well, .God bless !!
