Overall was very impressed from the first visit to the business - starting at the desk (Kennedy?), who listened to my reason for the visit, gathered some info re: my insurance company, and then introduced me to Anthony Chang, who handled the process moving along. They were both helpful in advising me what needed to be done, how long it would take, and worked with my schedule to leave the vehicle on site for repairs. Well done!

Classic did a fine job, but it took 2 return visits. The initial work clearly did not go through any QC - the hood was not properly aligned and the under hood apron was not properly reinstalled or cleaned. On the second visit, the hood was aligned but the apron was not - further, a Classic employee left a used vape in the car.
