This is my third time and second Lexus bringing it back to the shop. Of course two not at fault accidents that required major front end repair, cosmetic. Dustin is incredible. I actually hit a curb with the lower front bumper and kind of tore it out of the sides. As you know there's a lot of plastic up there and when stuff gets broken, you usually have to replace all of it. He was able to get it fixed for $250 when I thought It'd cost at least $700. Very happy and I will continue to bring my car there as always!!!
