Please read this whole message. Everyone I dealt with was great. The receptionist helped me get an appointment there. I decided not to use the Tempe, AZ Priest Rd store because a receptionist was extremely rude. I had been ill and also dealing with the consequences of my husband's death. In all that confusion I rescheduled three times. I messed up the 3rd reschedule date. She balled me out like I was a bad kid. Like she was telling me off. It was mean spirited and incredibly rude. She said because I missed the third reschedule I had to start the process all over again. I decided to call the Gerber in Chandler, quite a ways away. The woman at Chandler Gerber was apologetic about the Tempe experience and said it was no problem, I could get the work done there. She was friendly and so pleasant to deal with. We made an appointment for a day or two later. Both receptionists there are great. The technician I worked with was Mo. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He went over everything with me. I asked if I paid myself for new paneling to match the passenger side accident replacement could that be done? He got the prices and we agreed to do that too. Mo was VERY helpful, well informed, pleasant to work with and he kept me informed of the progress by phone. All the people I mentioned are a great asset to your company. My car looks fantastic and it was all done in about a week! I hope you will acknowledge these employees and share my review with them.

I had the best experience with GERBER. I have never been in an accident before and the crew at GERBER took care of me from start to finish. NATO was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient with me. My car looks brand new. I would recommend GERBER but specifically this location to anyone. Not to mention they helped me return my rental to Enterprise, that is top of the line service. Excellent job Can’t tell it ever had a problem Mo was great keeping me updated as to the daily progress and explaining what and how they were going repair the side of the car My main concern was the paint job since the car is going on 20 years I shouldn’t have worried ; it came out perfect. The two gals at the desk were very helpful and made me feel they appreciated my business A very pleasant experience in spite of being without a car for a few days But it was worth the wait If, unfortunately ,you have need of body work I highly recommend Gerber to fix the car repair You will be glad you went to them
