Nothing but love for everyone involved in repairs. Only beef I have is with your phone tree (interactive voice response) system.when I call, my only options are to press one for collision and press two for glass… which is fine… but if I am driving, Apple car play restricts access to the phone key buttons and you phone tree does not give me the option to press or say 1 or to press or say 2. It only gives the option to press 1 or 2. I had to pull over and pull out my phone to press 1. It would be great if you update you phone system to allow for voice responses.

I originally called a different shop about getting my car repaired, but after the person who answered the phone was rude, I immediately changed my mind. I’m so glad I called this place instead! From that very first phone conversation all the way through picking up my car, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Mo was an absolute delight to work with. He always kept us informed, communicated clearly, and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated the ladies up front. Every time I called with a question, they were friendly, patient, and kind. Hopefully, I’ll never have to get my car repaired again 😂, but if I do, I would absolutely come back here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers!
