My Experience

I left 2 voicemails tonight 9/2/26 after picking up my car today right before 5pm. My car is making terrible, flapping noise in the front when I drive 25 miles or higher. I have a car cover on the bottom of my car and I think it was not screwed back on tightly so I am coming back to shop tomorrow 9/3"at 8am to have it looked at because I cannot drive my car this way especially since I work in downtown Phoenix and it is 21 miles one-way to work from where I live in Chandler. Thank you.

I amazed at the the beginning as well as the end . I was so distraught after I hit a deer on Bush Highway at sundown. I called Geico and they immediately connected me to Gerber collision and glass. Very professional tell you all costs right upfront keep you informed with text messages every step of the way and finish the truck three days early thank you so much for a fantastic job. Everything was easy and well coordinated. They took my car pretty quickly as my insurance sent me to the other side of town. Gerber was able to get me in the same morning and it’s only a few minutes from my house. The car rental coordinating was on point and I was even able to return the car rental there
