I noticed some light paint overspray on the rubber seals around the back hatch window.

Initially, I was quoted 5 to 6 days. I got my car back in 16 days. The most important thing for me was to have it done properly. Communication on the front end was light. I had to reach out to get a beat on what was happening. Subsequently the service provider Alisa was more on top of communications. She was very polite however.
