It was a great experience seamless from the second I brought my car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up in a quite speedy fashion people are friendly and a car came back in excellent condition. I will remake recommend this company for any future collision problems or any of my friends thank you for your services

Would never go here again. Two out of three repairs weren't done, and my trunk and gas tank wouldn't open after repair. They never call you or return your calls to talk to you about your car. Just nothing but problems all around. Very disappointed. Customer service and communication skills are near non-existent.

The receptionist was nice, and the manager was courteous, but they do nothing to stay in contact with you about your car. They didn't keep me informed or call me back when I would call asking for updates. Didn't wash my car (that was never promised though, but in my experience with other AAA recommended shops in the past, they usually wash the car afterwards), and they also left some trash in the front seat.
