This business is very customer service focused & that is rare these days. From the moment Mr.Valle did the review of the damage, I felt he would make sure they would do a very good job. There was a slight delay acquiring the necessary part because first one was sent to them not in top condition. Waiting for this part displayed another sign of their attention to detail. Overall things went smoothly and service was above & beyond. I am grateful for those who got the job done starting from Denise of the insurance company who was in charge of the claim and did so with great consideration as well.
