I've had the unfortunate occasion of using CC twice (Feb 2024) and just now for two not-at-fault accidents. I couldn't be happier with the people and their work. The experience hasn't even seemed like I'm dealing with a. body shop.

Again I really like the people from manager Juan to advisor Pedro to office manager Kristi (sp?). The one unfortunate minor oversight was that they were going overnight charge my EV for me but forgot that as they left work that day. As I had travel after only one full day with the car and with no charger in my building a fully-charged car would have been so appreciated. Again all else was great though.

I recently got a new SUV. It was perfect except for the wheels. They really needed to be black. The wheels turned out perfect. The staff is very attentive and the work was amazing. It was exactly what I wanted. They were also able to add a GTS emblem (OEM). They have worked on 4 of our cars over the last 15 years. I will continue to use them due to their customer service and quality of work.
