I’m very happy with my experience at Classic Collision. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and made the entire insurance repair process very easy. My car was even completed earlier than expected. A special thank you to Gustavo, who handled everything for me from beginning to end. My insurance initially wanted to use aftermarket parts, which was not the route I wanted to take. Once I explained my concerns, Gustavo went above and beyond to address my concerns. He communicated directly with my insurance company as well as my vehicle’s manufacturer and was able to arrange for OEM parts directly from the manufacturer while still meeting the insurance company’s requirements. I really appreciated that I didn’t have to fight that battle myself. Gustavo took care of the entire process, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled properly. Excellent communication, great service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I’m extremely happy with Classic Collision and would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent service. I was texted every few days to let me know how the repair was progressing. Gustavo even called me it would be a bit longer than quoted as parts had to come from out of state. Everything from the time I brought the car in until I drove it home, was handled extremely professionally. Thank you for such great work.
