My Experience

My repairs were completed with no complaints. Thank you for taking care of my car and returning it washed and clean. I also want to share that the customer service from both Gustavo and Anna was always very positive and helpful. I hope I don’t ever need any repairs, but if I know someone who does, I will refer them over to Classic Collision. Thank you!

My Experience

Updates regarding the status of the repairs were provided on consistent basis. Gustavo explained really well the repairs that needed to be made and provided updates of other repairs that needed to be fix that were not included on the insurance original estimate. This is the third time I bring three separate cars to be repair at this location and I trust them as they had performed great service and repairs.

Specifically I really appreciated the people who I interacted with at Classic Collision. The reception staff Anne and Adriennne (not sure if I got the names correct). Tony, who did the initial inspection and was very courteous and communicative about the process and follow up. The manager, John (I hope Ingot that right) who took care to go thoroughly through the work done and ensure I was happy with the work done. Car was also cleaned and obviously cared for by the staff and team whom I never met. Thank you so much!
