I think it depends if the insurance company is involved or not. Because of my insurance company the body shop had to use used parts which was not okay to me.

I have taken 2 vehicles to this shop and both times I have to go back for them to retouch or do something they forgot. It seems they don’t have a quality control person to check vehicles before they give them back

The gaps between panels is horrible. When I pointed out I was given a lame excuse. Also overspray on some areas when I told him again he tried to cover it with armor all. Very unhappy I don’t have time to be going back and forth with them. I don’t know how they qualify to be in your list. Inside the car you could see shoe prints and gave me a feeling of being rush. They could not have given the car a total buff and wax. Details that you would think a shop will look into
