We were very satisfied with the service and completion of our vehicle. The sweet young Lady at the desk that got the estimate together and followed through with everything was outstanding, I think her name is Jay Tate but I’m not good with remembering names. The young man that did the work did a great job replacing the broken parts in our vehicle door… Thank you 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️! We will highly recommend!

First - The work that was done looks good and works well. Thanks for that. Second - I asked for someone to let me know what could be done and how much extra it would cost me to repair the two sap damage spots on the hood. Nobody did. Third - It took two solid work weeks to complete what appeared to be pretty minor dents from wind damage. Reasons like "paint not arriving" were used. In my experience, paint is mixed when ordered via the paint code, so it seems more likely that someone forgot to order paint?? Just guessing though. Regardless, I've gotten vehicles back much faster that had a good bit more damage.

I got a few polite calls telling me that it was going to take longer on the vehicle for various reasons. I did not receive any communication concerning the sap damage spots on the hood like I asked.
