Anytime you go without your car, it’s stressful. The daily texts along with the phone calls from Valencia was calming, even when running into a delay. Brent was awesome during the inspection, Felecia was professional with explaining the process, and Valencia constantly updated me to the point of us joking as if we were relatives. This group is professional, hard working, and understanding. Highly recommend!

The front desk associate went above and beyond to help get my car ready for pick up, when I told her I had a family emergency and needed my car to go out of town!
