Patrice did a great job helping me get my rental reservation number. She reach out to her contact and helped me when this was outside of her normal duties. The young man who assessed my vehicle when I dropped it off was very polite and kept me informed about the repair timeline. I would use this company again if I ever needed a repair. My car looks wonderful when I picked it up.
