My wife and I were especially pleased with the graciousness and friendliness with which we were greeted when we arrived to drop off our new Palisade. We had purchased it only a month earlier and it was a stressful time for us. We were immediately put at ease, and we sincerely appreciate her extra effort in explaining how well we could expect your team to complete the repairs. Note: I worked as a recruiter for most of my 40 years in Human Resources, and you would do well to keep her happy, as it’s my estimation that she could probably make a nice living in an HR environment, teaching classes in customer care. Well done!
