Though there were several delays getting repairs completed, it was really not the shop’s fault but rather parts just not coming when they had expected them. Jackie was awesome in keeping me updated constantly. The only time I really didn’t hear from her was over weekends. Their customer service is wonderful, very proactive. And the car looks spectacular. Almost brand new with the exception of a couple of scrapes on the other side of the car that weren’t part of the job. I’m just really pleased with Classic Collisions, the best!
