I tell everybody I know about them, but if they ever need bodywork on the vehicle that classic collision place to go, but they gotta make sure it’s the right one. It’s on Grant.

Repair was completed AHEAD of schedule, it looks good, Classic Collision handled all the issues directly with insurance company, and Classic took care of the rental car pickup and return for us.

The car was ready earlier than expected. Classic Collision arranged for the rental to be there when we dropped our car off for repair. When we picked our car up after the repair Classic took the rental so we didn't have to return it to Enterprise. The repairs looks good. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

This is the 3rd time we've needed a body shop and have used this Classic Collision and we couldn't be happier. This family run shop delivers great customer service. We always knew where our vehicle was in the process by them updating via text message. We felt that the time it took to do the job was always acceptable and it has always been a quality job.

Being a small business owner I can appreciate small business, family run companies. While at first skeptical of the big business name, Classic Collision, when there are numerous shops of this name around, don't be fooled. Lowson and Jackie run a local, family business here. The bad is that I've had to use them 3 times over the last 2 years, the good is that I have a great, trusted body shop. I truly believe they care about their customers and do everything they can to make it a great experience. I always knew exactly where my vehicle was in the process with text updates. Even if the news was not as great as what they hoped to deliver they always communicated the truth and didn't make up some excuse. Our truck received a quality repair, as with my other 2 vehicles, and they did their best to minimize the lost time without my vehicle. While I hope to never have to use a body shop again but if I do, it will be here.
