I would recommend this location, however the Kalamath location failed to be open and transparent about negligence and poor quality control leading to me needing to come back multiple times. They also shorted me on the amount due me to address my out of pocket expenses. There was very poor communication from the regional office so I don't know if I can recommend Classic Collision as a whole.

This was without a doubt the very best experience we have ever had. From the moment we walked through the door to picking up our auto was amazing. Cathy was fantastic first person you see she is very detailed and explained everything , sent us updates. We have dealt with another auto repair shop and it was nothing like this experience. I really loved how Jackie and your whole team would text me almost on a daily basis letting me know the status of my repairs. It really kept me at ease knowing that I would be updated often; I wasn't going to have to call you to ask questions. The repairs themselves were done faster than originally anticipated and done very well. My car doesn't have any signs of being rear-ended, and everything works like normal. Thank you all so much!!

Collision repairs / body work are generally infrequent, and it's not easy to find trustworthy source that delivers high quality at a fair cost. CC was recommended to me (and I'm very appreciative of the recommendation). They also worked with my insurer on the cost of the repairs, so there were no issues.
